The booking is confirmed only after payment of a deposit.
In case of cancellation received at least 1 month before check-in, only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations received between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

The closest airports are Bolzano, Innsbruck, Verona, Munich and Milan.
Selva and Val Gardena are connected to the rest of Italy and also to Northern Europe by excellent InterCity and EuroCity trains. All of them stop in Bozen or Brixen, some even in Klausen.
From Bolzano and Bressanone, during the day, direct buses leave every hour for Val Gardena.
The Val Gardena road system is directly connected to the Brenner motorway (A22).
From the south you pass through Verona - Trento - Bolzano and arrive in Chiusa; and from the north take the Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa route. Here the exit "Chiusa - Val Gardena" is indicated. Following the road signs, in about twenty minutes you will reach Ortisei, further on you will find S. Cristina and then Selva Gardena.
