Selva and Val Gardena are connected to the rest of Italy and also to Northern Europe by excellent InterCity and EuroCity trains. All of them stop in Bozen or Brixen, some even in Klausen.
From Bolzano and Bressanone, during the day, direct buses leave every hour for Val Gardena.
The Val Gardena road system is directly connected to the Brenner motorway (A22).
From the south you pass through Verona - Trento - Bolzano and arrive in Chiusa; and from the north take the Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa route. Here the exit "Chiusa - Val Gardena" is indicated. Following the road signs, in about twenty minutes you will reach Ortisei, further on you will find S. Cristina and then Selva Gardena.
